One weekly work session (90 minutes) for 10 weeks, with a concrete measure of the level of engagement at the beginning and end of the process. These sessions address the different components of team engagement in a practical way to induce co-responsibility.
Gradually, the manager and employees rediscover the pleasure and power of collective work. The group rises in confidence and proves to be more effective.
Our tools are inspired by the statistical studies of the Gallup Institute, which for several decades has underlined the correlation between commitment and performance.
